Foodservices Sales & Technical Supervisor.

 

Job roles: Develop sales, particularly at bakery & casual dining channel

as well as conduct excellent program execution

 

Two positions available: Medan & Jogjakarta (Central Java). Post Code:

FSSTSM for Medan, FSSTSJG for Jogjakarta

 

Accountabilities:

 

* Prepare work planning, monthly sales target and its

implementation. * Provide information about competitor product.

* Provide regular monthly sales reports, including sales opportunity.

* Maintain relationship & sales volume to the assigned channels, i.e.

bakery, hotels, restaurants and cafe. * Work closely with the

Foodservices Channel and Technical team for product demos and promotion

activities. * Control stock availability both in distributor and

outlets. * Plan business development in the area through joint promo

or demonstration

 

General Requirements:

 

Has a degree in Hotel & Tourism, understand recipes development /

cookery, able to conduct product demo to customer, 1-2 years experience

as sales supervisor, background from FMCG, food or diary industry.
